   All bookings made through Livenzo are confirmed only after successful payment.

2. Cancellations

   • Users may cancel a booking before the move-in date by contacting the PG owner directly.
   • Livenzo is not responsible for cancellations made by the PG owner; any refunds in such cases will be handled by the PG owner.

3. Refunds

   • Livenzo does not process refunds directly.
   • Any refund amount, if applicable, is subject to the PG owner’s individual refund policy.
   • Users must resolve refund requests directly with the PG owner.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

   • Platform convenience fees or processing fees are non-refundable.
